Handcraft Harvest: Saturday,
September 27th 2008, 10am-5pm.
The Promenade's Handcraft Harvest takes place in Center Court among 265,000 square feet of some of the most unique upscale shops and restaurants in the neighboring Camden and Burlington counties of South Jersey. The Promenade at Sagemore is easily accessible from Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware and other parts of New Jersey via turnpike or interstate.
The Handcraft Harvest features handwork and fine art from regional artisans, craftsmen, designers, and more! Enjoy the wide variety of featured artists, "home-brewed" concepts, and center stage live entertainment.
Showcase booths will include, but is not limited to; Fine Art/Paintings, mosaics, pottery, fiber decorative and wearable, furniture, wood, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, photography, gourmet foods, herbs & flowers, home & garden accessories, etc.

Merchandise: Must be "hand made", original and designed by the artist. It must be the result of a creative
and artistic plan and execution. The Promenade management reserves the right
to decide if your "craft" or product is in keeping with the spirit of our show.
If you are selling items that we feel are inappropriate we will ask you to remove
them from your table immediately. Artisans must submit current photographs of their
work and their booth display with their signed contract to be considered.
Acceptance/Non-Acceptance: Letters will begin to be mailed on May 29, 2008.
Displays: You MUST provide your own WHITE tent and display materials. Small
items may not be displayed on the ground. We cannot guarantee electricity, but you can request it. Storage containers and extra inventory must be hidden from view. Do
not put nails/stakes in trees or pavers. If damage is caused to The Promenade property you will
be held responsible. You MUST bring weights; The Promenade is an extremely windy location.
Set-up/ Departure: No earlier than 7:00 a.m. The show is advertised
from 10a.m. until 5:00p.m. In consideration of all vendors, early departure is unacceptable. Vendors who do not adhere to posted times may jeopardize participation in future shows.
Vehicles: You can un-load and set-up at assigned space. Vendor vehicles will then need to park behind buildings, away from main customer parking areas.
Trash: Must be removed from your space at the end of the day. Dumpsters
are located in the back of The Promenade Buildings. You must take your trash
with you.
Rain date: The show is an outdoor show. The rain date for the show will be Sunday,
September 28th.
Release: I hereby release and discharge The Promenade at Sagemore and all sponsoring organizations and their directors from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my participation in Handcraft Harvest at The Promenade. The Promenade and sponsors will not be responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests or works of art/products while within space designated to exhibits. Slides/photographs submitted for jurying are representative of current works to be exhibited in Handcraft Harvest and The Promenade has the right to remove any works that do not meet the standards as described in the contract or do not coincide with the original submission. Failure to comply may result in removal from The Handcraft Harvest and jeopardize participation in future shows.
I agree to allow the jury committee full use of slides and other promotional materials to promote this year's event and those in future years. I acknowledge I have read this indemnification and understand all decisions made by the jury are final. I agree to abide by all the rules set forth in the 2008 Application.
